City Year UK is a leading youth and education charity dedicated to empowering young people (18-25 years old) to support pupils from disadvantaged communities to succeed in school and beyond. We do so by facilitating a year-long leadership development programme for those joining us as volunteer mentors to make a difference in children's lives while accelerating their own career prospects.
