Hello friends! Welcome to my Vanagi Khajana (Dish Treasure). I’m Bhavnaben Rathod, and today we’re making a quick and easy Mag that’s packed with flavor and nutrition! 🌟

🥗 Ingredients:
Mung Beans (soaked overnight)
Ghee (2 spoons) or Oil
Cumin Seeds (½ spoon)
Rye (½ spoon)
Fenugreek (½ teaspoon)
Ginger*, *Green Chillies*, and *Garlic (finely chopped)
Onion (1 medium, finely chopped)
Red Chilli Powder (2 spoons, adjust to taste)
Hot Water (½ cup)
Lemon Juice (½ lemon)
Fresh Coriander (chopped)

🥘 Method:
1. *Soak the Mung Beans*: Soak the mung beans overnight or for at least 5-6 hours.
2. *Prepare the Cooker*: Heat the cooker and add ghee and oil.
3. *Add Spices*: Once heated, add cumin seeds, rye, and fenugreek.
4. *Sauté Aromatics*: Add chopped ginger, green chillies, garlic, and onion. Sauté until golden.
5. *Spice it Up*: Add red chilli powder and mix well.
6. *Add Mung Beans*: Drain and wash the soaked mung beans, then add them to the cooker.
7. *Cook*: Add hot water, cover, and cook for one whistle on low flame. Let the pressure release naturally.
8. *Finish*: Add lemon juice and fresh coriander, mix well, and enjoy your delicious mango vegetable! 🍋🌿
