God told Gideon to select 300 men to face an enemy of over 10,000 Midianites warriors, lest the Israelites think that they won the war because of their number. Gideon's soldiers were farmers, hunters and blacksmiths with no real war experience.

Yet, God granted them victory.

This is a story of God's love for His people and the lengths he would go to deliver them.
