Q: Can I reverse fibromyalgia?
Most folks know that stress makes them feel tired or makes pain worse. When emotional pain is constant, like with chronic depression and anxiety, and with emotional trauma, the high level of emotional stress can cause a chronic pain and fatigue syndrome called Fibromyalgia.
I have found emotional recovery to also be pivotal to achieving full reversal of autoimmune diseases as well, and people with autoimmune diseases have higher rates of mood disorders and trauma as well.
