🔥 Friday Combo Double! 🔥
Today, we’re working on two basic combos that show how kicks can set up punches, and punches can set up kicks. Perfect for adding flow and power to your technique. Let’s break them down!
👊 Combo 2: Jab, Cross into Rear Front Kick
1️⃣ Jab: Begin with a fast Jab from your lead hand to disrupt your opponent's guard.
2️⃣ Cross: Immediately follow with a strong Cross, rotating your hips to generate power.
3️⃣ Rear Front Kick: After the punches, quickly throw a Rear Front Kick from your back leg, driving through the target and resetting back into stance.
💡 Pro Tip: In both combos, use the momentum from your kick or punch to flow smoothly into the next strike. Keep your movements sharp and controlled!
