UPDATE 30 July 2015: I missed a very crucial step in the strut assembly process! There is supposed to be a concave washer between the Strut Nut and the top of the strut mount. take a look at the top of the old struts and you will see what I am talking about. There is also another one under the strut mount. On OE original struts, it is part of the dust boot. You will have to disassemble the old struts to retrieve these. or purchase a strut mount kit that includes new ones. These washers keeps the strut from ripping through the mounts like the one on my passenger side did. I will be posting a followup video soon to show what I missed!

Here I show how to remove and replace a strut and spring assembly on my 2002 Saturn SL2. Recently broke a spring which prompted me to replace not only the spring but a worn out strut. I also went ahead and replaced the rear strut assemblies as well since I was unsure when the last time they were replaced(if at all).

After replacing these parts be sure to bring it to a shop to have an alignment done.
