This is my 2nd cooking video. This time i'm making my "homemade" fried rice recipe. I was inspired by eating at the restaurant, Benihana, several years back.I realized that the chef didn't have that many ingredients that he used, while making fried rice for the table. I have a limiting kitchen area-which consists of a portable Iwatani butane gas stove that i got at the local Japanese market. Here are the things needed to make this dish(in no particular order):
1.cooked white rice
2. 2 eggs
3. salt and pepper
4. sesame seeds
5. sesame oil
6. frozen vegetables
7. soy sauce
8. butter
