2003 Chevy Tahoe with bad A/C compressor noise

Описание: This is the noise my truck was making when the AC compressor went bad.

I replaced both tensioner pulleys to try and troubleshoot it. That wasn’t the problem

The noise is a result of the shaft inside the compressor warping which causes the tensioner pulley to slap off of the coolant lines

Go the whole job done by myself (total noob) for around $450/$500.

Had to take it in to have the Freon extracted and then refilled which was like $140 (part of the $500)
