Описание: Happy Sunday my loves! Sundays are great to take the extra time for some deep stretches. Make sure you DON'T do this one before a workout. Before workouts I recommend doing more dynamic movements. Static stretches are great to do after a workout or in the evening to calm down your nervous system and go into a relaxed state.
