Hario is known the world over for making some of the finest coffee equipment available and the Hario Cold brew bottle is one of their best. Its simplicity of design and quality of cup produced make it an essential addition to any coffee enthusiasts lineup. In this video we walk you through the steps of our Blue Bottle recipe for how to brew with the Hario Cold Brew bottle.

You will need:
Hario Cold Brew Bottle
68 grams of coffee
750 grams of water
Coffee grinder
Digital scale

Steps:
Grind coffee on a coarse setting similar to a French press grind
Add ground coffee to filter case and attach to silicone top
Fill the glass base of the Hario Cold Brew Bottle to the top grey square with water
Slowly submerge the top with case attached into the glass base and seal
Gently shake the sealed bottle
Let sit at room temperature for up to 18 hours
Gently shake the sealed bottle one last time
Remove the top and remove the case with grounds from the top
Attach the top and your cold brew is ready to serve
