In this video, I discuss our recall process at Condamine Medical Center and how we're working to streamline it, especially with the potential integration of AI. We have a three-pronged system for handling test results, categorizing them as urgent, normal, or non-urgent, with specific actions for each category. For non-urgent results, we send out texts and follow up with calls if patients don’t respond, aiming for appointments within two to four weeks. I'm excited about the future of AI receptionists, which could significantly reduce the workload on our team and improve patient outcomes.
