🧺 INGREDIENTS
Raw Plantain (നേന്ത്രക്കായ്) - 2 Nos (350 gm)
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 6 Tablespoons (90 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 6 Cloves (Chopped)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 15 Nos (Sliced)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Red Chilli Flakes (ഉണക്കമുളക് ചതച്ചത്) - ½ Teaspoon
Crushed Black Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
