MGS Portable Ops - All cutscenes with (mostly) isolated dialogue

Описание: This game's cutscenes are interesting in that (for the most part) the dialogue, sound effects, and music can all be extracted separately rather than being baked together internally into one audio file. These voice files come straight from the EU release of the game with no editing by me. Unfortunately, some of it is baked together with music/sound effects and could not be isolated from those other elements. I thought hard about whether to include those scenes or not, and decided it's best to be cohesive about what's possible with the game rather than make it look like I was "forgetting" certain scenes.

I want to extend a thanks to Zenhax forum users Bloodraynare and DKDave for their assistance in writing scripts for easier audio extraction. Their knowledge made this collection possible. And also thanks to RickyC of WorldofLongplays for allowing me to throw footage in front of it
