Quick steps (copy-paste friendly)
1. Open the Excel file (Final Prompt auto-populates after you write the Prompt Body and select Category).
2. Upload a clear, front-facing headshot to Gemini / ChatGPT.
3. Copy the Final Prompt from Excel → paste into Gemini/ChatGPT → request 1:1 + transparent background.
4. Generate variations, pick the best PNG, and download.
