For the cream cheese frosting:

8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
¾ cup whipped cream
yellow food coloring

For the chocolate bars:

6 oz black candy melts, tempered
6 oz yellow candy melts, tempered

For the blue icing:

⅔ cup heavy cream
¾ cup milk
2 tbsp corn starch
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
3 sheets of gelatin
blue food coloring

2. Rainbow Tsunami Cake

Difficulty Level: Advanced

Ingredients:

For the tier cake:

9 egg whites
2 pinches of salt
1¾ cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
⅔ cup sunflower oil
¾ cup milk
3 cups

For the rainbow chocolate sticks:

6 oz candy melts in each color (green, red, yellow, blue & purple)

For the cream cheese frosting:

8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
¾ cup whipped cream
sugar pearls

For the rainbow icing:

1¼ cups heavy cream
1½ cups milk
3 tbsp corn starch
12 oz white chocolate chips, melted
1¼ cups sweetened condensed milk
5 sheets of gelatin
red, green, yellow & blue food coloring
4 square cookies
