Mahjong Rules for reference
Rate : 51 till 6 Tai
1) Minimum 1 Tai to zimou (self touch/ self draw)
2 Tai to game other players
2) Kalong / Pong Pong (PP) / Zimou / Dan Diao +$5
Kalong & Dan Diao must be a genuine calling only 1 card.
Eg. 1113 Bamboo , ALL scenarioa applies (Pinghu) as you are calling 2&3 Bamboo
3) Throw PP to players on winning hand +15
4) Shout Pong must Pong ( except for 1st tile )
5) All types of Elephant will be penalize , responsible for all payments
Such as flower bite , gang , zimou and deprived from any income.
(Big / Small / Messy , too many or short tiles or draw wrong tiles)
6) Throw flower out ( Messy Elephant )
7) All actions must be complete before opening your winning hand.
Eg. When you eat or gang or pong must take in the card before opening your hand.
After 1 round you are NOT allowed to take your card back in.
😎 If you get flower/gang then Hua SHan ( Flower up/ TOP ) lao yue is add 2 Tai.
9) All flowers bite ( Sakura 1234 Mix color inclusive bite only 1x)
10) 7 flowers snatch last flower $64x3
( Zimou last flower must pay all flower bite also )
11) Big Card 1/9 is add 2 Tai
12) Animal Special ( own pet )
13) 1st 4 discard same cards will restart the game
14) Pok chip must top up last hand
15) 1st Card u no need to Pong when u shout pong
16) Hua Shang and Laoyue can Stack ( +2 Tai)

All About Pinghu / Chou Pinghu ( Eat Eat Game without Flower )
1) Steal eat MUST wait for 1 round
example 12456 , u use 24 eat 3 , throw 1 .. call 47. this also must wait 1 round.
Simple guide is as long as eat KALONG
2) Feed 3x will 'Bao' zimou
3) Snatch Gang is $80 ( 5.5 Tai )
4) Men Qing Laoyue $69/pax ( Unless play above 6 tai )
5) Kalong must be genuine only calling 1 card!
6) You cannot eat until 12x and dan diao. It will not consider pinghu.

4.5 Tai shooter $20+$10+$10=$40 ( Pinghu Rate . no Flower )
5 Tai shooter $32+$16+$16=$64

1) 7 flower snatch 8 flower ( Default shooter pays all BUT , appearing 6th flower all other 3 players can discuss among themselves whether commit to sharing , if ONE object will be shooter pays all )
2) Yi se ping hu , shooter pays max 192
3) Yi Se Pong pong no flower 207
4) DXS , all wind dragons special hand ( no need to complete hand , showing a complete hand will also be special )
5) XSX , Xiao Si Xi also will be special hand at my place ( BUT MUST COMPLETE HAND )
6) Big card & 1 / 9 tiles , is + 2 tai , no need compulsory have 1 & 9
7) HDLY Pinghu 5 tai = 45/pax 6 tai = 69/pax + KL if applicable
8) RenHu ( first drawn winning card without eating or pong = Special )
