Like the video says... too many cookies and a loaf ready to go= Christmas cookie sourdough loaf!! That's right waste not want not! Nothing goes to waste around here, the kids loved it so that's a win in my book!
Recipes simple
500g bread flour
350g water
65g sourdough starter
10g salt
2-3 cookies crumbled not crushed! Add these in right when you're about to@shape your loaf! After the bulk ferment! Laminate add cookies then lightly shape, and place into banneton for over night rest!
