How do you transfer your bike fit from one bike to another? A couple common problems people have are, 1) getting a new bike and it just doesn’t feel right, and 2) trying to figure out what size bike will fit them when shopping for a new bike.

I am constantly getting bikes in for review, building them up, riding them for a while and then sending them back. And many of you have asked how I set them up to fit the same.

So in this video, I’l explain my process.

I’ll explain two critical bike measurements: stack and reach.

And I’ll talk about things to watch out for when transferring your fit and when buying a gravel or road bike.
