Honestly sleep is so precious and we shouldn't really glamourize the idea of sleeping less as a marker of 'how hard you work every day.' you can work hard and play hard too! but also RESTING HARD should be added to the list. but let's remind ourselves not everyone has a perfect life and it's okay if not every aspect of it right now is IN CONTROL! we're all just trying our best :)

Thanks for dropping by today to tune into another week at parsons! it's my last Monday as a freshman so it's nice to look back on these moments even if it means editing late at night.
