The husband of missing mother, Maya Millete, was arrested in a gang-related stabbing incident in 1997 when he was a juvenile, multiple sources told News 8.
Larry Millete was age 15 at the time of the incident, which occurred on the evening of April 30, 1997, in the San Diego neighborhood of Bay Terraces.
