Do you want learn how to make cheese?
with 5lt of sheep fresh organic milk we will teach you how to make three types of raw Pecorino cheese. Robiola, Primo Sale and Ricotta!
While we await the curd, we will prepare a compote of sesonable fruit or vegetables grow in our organic garden, to eat with cheese.
The course lasts half 2 hours and ends with a tasting of the preparation and all participants will go home with a gift!
1/4 Caciotta lukewarm and a vegetable or fruit jam!
