his is part 1 of the archive of all streams of Carter playing through Blue Kaizo, i difficulty rom hack of Pokemon Blue by SinisterHoodedFigure. Rules for the run are as follows:
No overleveling the next gym leader's highest level Pokemon (except for Brock, which we play at 16).
No use of items in battle.
All battles are fought on Set Mode.
If a Pokemon faints, the run is reset.
