Tamagoyaki is a traditional Japanese rolled omelette cooked layer by layer
in a rectangular pan. While the ingredients are simple, the technique is not.
In this video, I demonstrate my second attempt at cooking Japanese-style tamagoyaki
using a square pan. Heat control, timing, and hand coordination are essential
to achieve a clean roll and soft texture.
