I's Sunday here in Japan. And im so much craving this banana cake that i saw on the tv.
So i checked my refrigerator and i found out some ingredients that can be use to make this cake.
Pre heat your oven at 180*C
prepare your ripe banana 100~110 Gram, 50 gram millet sugar, 35 gram butter or your favorite oil, 60 gram all purpose flour, 40 gram almond powder and 3 gram of baking powder.
******REMINDER:****
i want to apologized inside the video, due to the error of software the "3 gram baking powder was misplace or caption on wrong scene, no 3 gram subtitle when i add baking powder.
Topping is Optional.
Now if you want to top banana, sprinkle this with lemon so that color will not turn gray.
