(0:30) Vapor Bullet spam didn't perform as well as I had expected, most likely due to having to recover PP with sword weapon action. The results could be better with either Lightstream or Chaval sword, wherein Vapor Bullet can be spammed continuously for a longer period of time. Also, there are a few situations where Vapor Bullet spam is advantageous, such as for dealing with flying targets, or for attacking unpredictable enemies while keeping distance.
(0:59) "Vapor → Vapor → 3rd normal" should theoretically give the best DPS, but each rotation consumes quite a lot of PP. Players with low PP might not find this combo very appealing since it might cause them to spend more time recovering PP than dealing damage.
(1:30) "Quick Rising → Quick Rising → 3rd normal" seems pretty much on par with the Vapor combo, and it's more PP-efficient. It can also be scaled down to "Quick Rising → 2nd normal → 3rd normal" when about to run out of PP without losing too much DPS, but this combo works on non-moving targets only.
(1:58) "Short-hold Rising → Short-hold Rising → 3rd normal" didn't seem too good, and it consumes a lot of PP, but it could probably be better if the target weren't elevated (not really sure if the sword slam was hitting Rockbear's face here).
(2:28) Held Rising Slash surprisingly matched Vapor Bullet spam, so maybe it's not as bad as its reputation 😆
