UPDATE 1.19.50 changed how execute commands function. The one show in this video is outdated, please use the new ones:)
World border:
/execute at @a run tag @a[x=-5000,y=-110,z=-5000,dx=10000,dy=500,dz=10000] add inside

/tp @a[tag=!inside,tag=!MOD] 0 100 0

/tag @a remove inside

Warning Border:
/execute at @a run tag @a[x=-4980, y=-110,z=-4980,dx=9960,dy=480,dz=9960] add warning

/title @a[tag=!warning,tag=!MOD] actionbar §l§6Approaching the border! §4Watch Out!

/playsound break.amethyst_block @a[tag=!warning,tag=!MOD]

/tag @a remove warning
