Ingredients:
Basmathi rice 1 kg(5 cups)
Chicken 1.5 kg cut to pcs
Green Capsicum 1
Yellow capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Carrot 1/2
Onion 2 big
Garlic crushed
Green chillies 5-6
Corriander leaves
For chicken marination:
Pepper powder 2tbsp
Chilly powder 1.5 tbsp
Chilly flakes 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Dry mixed herbs 1 tsp
I put rosemary and oregano(1 tspn each)
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/2 tspn
Crushed garlic
Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1tspn
For green sauce:
Curd
Mayonnaise
Corriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Garlic 2-3 cloves
