I recently had the most incredible 2-week yoga retreat in Greece, and I'm so grateful for the experience! 🙏 Just three days before the retreat was set to begin, Pelion (where it was originally supposed to take place) experienced a big flood. Thanks to the Karma Yoga School, they quickly found a new location and rearranged everything to make sure the retreat went ahead smoothly. I'm truly thankful for their flexibility and commitment. This retreat was a transformative experience for me, allowing me to feel more connected-to myself, to nature, and to the present moment. Through learning about yoga philosophy and Karma Yoga, I reflected deeply on what truly matters in life. In this video, I'll share the four important lessons I've learned, and how they've helped me design a happier, more intentional life.
