Licia of Lindeldt COMPLETE GUIDE - HOW TO GET Saint's Idol's Chime - Dark Souls 2

You cannot trade with her if your Faith is 7 or lower. She starts in Heide's Tower of Flame, but you can make her move to Majula. She will then be inside the rotunda behind Shalquoir's (the cat's) house. She will then move the contraption every time you pay her 2,000 souls. Alternatively, you can kill her, and TAKE the Rotunda Lockstone for yourself.

If you select the TALK option when your faith is 30 or higher, she will give you FOR FREE the Idol's Chime, the Saint's Hood, the Saint's Dress, the Saint's Long Gloves, and the Saint's Trousers! This is her complete set!
