This specially formulated (food grade) cheese wax is flexible and will not peel or crack. First, melt the wax, then brush on two thin layers to prevent mold growth on hard cheeses. Make sure the cheese is at room temperature prior to waxing. Includes waxing instructions. Use a natural bristle (boar bristle) brush.
Cream Wax(coating): Food grade cheese coatings from CSK (Holland). Colors: cream colored/very light orange, natural or red. Non-petroleum cream wax with mold inhibitors (Natamycin). Easy clean up using warm/hot. Use a natural bristle brush to apply. Excellent for brushing on hard cheeses with or without adding the melted hard wax afterwards. Allow proper drying between coatings.
