The last set of train catches with the members of the "South Florida Railfan Mafia" at the conclusion of the fun weekend trip to Roanoke, VA to chase and ride N&W Steam Locomotive #611.
We start working our way home, intercepting three Norfolk Southern trains while driving through NC on an otherwise slow Monday afternoon. The adventure then finishes in a classic location, Waycross, GA for a "dusting off of the dark side" with CSX trains. The action in Waycross picks up on the subsequent Tuesday morning with four trains in one frame at one point. We then work our way home with one quick stop at Folkston, which is where I would take my next big trip two months later (Part 1 has been long posted here).
