These cookies are so soft ♡
Sugar Cookies
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
1/2 cup (113g) softened butter
1 egg
1/4 cup (56ml) vegetable oil or canola oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 8-9 minutes

Pink Frosting
6 tbsp (85g) softened butter (salted or unsalted)
1 and 1/2 cups (170g) powdered sugar
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp heavy cream
Pink food colouring
Notes
♡ I used a 2.5 tbsp cookie scoop and got 12 cookies. Feel free to make the cookies smaller and get more cookies
♡ Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge :)
