These Puffed Amaranth / Rajgira / Chaulai Peanut and Jaggery Bars are a perfect Navratri, gluten-free, and a healthy snack or protein bar perfect for your mid-morning or evening snack. These bars are no-bake and sugar-free. I.e. it does not contain any form of white or processed sugar.
Amaranth is rich in protein, fiber, and other nutrients. It aid in weight loss due to its high fiber and protein content. Rajgira or Amaranth chiiki or laddu is a very common snack in India consumed specially during navratri fasting, now you can add another recipe to the list of food items you can make using puffed/ popped Amaranth.
