-- A MultiBaler like no other! --
With the introduction of this new flagship, the KNOLL MultiBaler XL, doors are opened that give a new dimension in the market of processing chopped or shredded materials. The KNOLL MultiBaler XL is at the forefront of engineering and performance. Developed to break the rules of conventional design.

We began the ''MultiBaler XL'' project with a blank page. We have listened to expectations from the markets and we have converted all this information in a new machine. Easy to use, value for money, excellent reliability, connectivity and ability to work in many different circumstances.

-- New design bale chamber, best of its kind in durability and bale density --
Compared to the existing MultiBalers 820/1220, the concept of the MultiBaler XL's bale chamber has been completely renewed.

The heart of the machine, the bale chamber, has been developed on the basis of years of experience and application in the industrial sector. This system is composed of wear-resistant materials and has amply proven its class here. This guarantees reliable and sustainable operation for the longer term.

The MultiBaler XL makes bales with a diameter of 100-115cm (variable) and a width of 120cm. Depending on the type of material and condition, the machine produces bales of 500-1350 kg.

The bale chamber is filled from the top and is a roller bale chamber consisting of 17 HD-rollers fitted with continuously lubricated double slide bearings.

From the bunker with a capacity of 8.00m3, the material is transported through an infeed chain to the baling chamber. The MultiBaler XL is equipped with two special dosing rollers, which ensure optimal material distribution. This makes the machine suitable for processing various short and long material types.

-- Mobile and stationary use, capacity guaranteed! --
The KNOLL MultiBaler XL is a machine that can be used multifunctionally. In addition to stationary use, mobile deployability has also been an important aspect in the development of this new model.

By using the MultiBaler XL mobile, various work passes can be combined, which immediately results in labor savings and efficiency. In addition, we foresee an increase in the mobile use of MultiBalers all over the world to be able to bale different kind of chopped materials.

-- Simplicity that gives that little bit extra! --
The basis of the KNOLL MultiBaler is good. However, we have also paid attention to the "extras" that make working with the machine even more enjoyable and easier.

The controls of the machine have been developed by ourselves based on the experiences and input of users. The machine is operated by a 10" Parker IQAN control terminal.

This system, equipped with a large touchscreen and color screen, provides the user with all desired information. This control terminal can be placed on the machine for stationary use as well as in the tractor during mobile application.

The work lights that are standard on the machine can be operated via the IQAN control terminal. The machine is also equipped with two cameras as standard, which are displayed directly in the main screen.

The MultiBaler XL is equipped with an external control panel in three places to easily operate the essential functions of the machine directly. This is for example the operation of the wrapping film replacement and automatic system resume functions.

In addition, the film binding platform is also equipped with an external control. This ensures quick operation of the system during the replacement of a net or film roll and the system can also be resumed immediately. External operation of the work lights is also possible.

In order to guarantee the quality of maintenance and durability, the machine is also equipped with an automatic oil lubrication system and grease lubrication system for the bearings. These systems are automatically activated at an adjustable interval so that the user can keep the focus on the work to be performed.

A wrapped bale must be handled with care. The integrated bale-roll-off bracket ensures smooth unloading of the bale from the wrapping table on the substrate or in the field.
