The Warburg Institute is one of the leading research institutions associated with the University of London. Quinn London Ltd are working on the £9.2m project to deliver the 72 week refurbishment. Since the project started in January 2022, Powerday has partnered with Quinn to remove around 11.5 tonnes a month, delivering zero waste to landfill with an 86% recycling and reuse rate.
Quinn have been reusing existing materials from the strip out in the current refurbishment, and provided a local recycling scheme for reclaimed materials such as office equipment and timber to other London Universities.
