Victim Shaming & Name calling multiple VOters?!

12/19/2024 City Council Meeting where Jennifer Culp erupts and screams at a Combat Veteran address the rude behaviors of Greg Winkler and his staff while the couple was trying to plead their case. The incident on 12/17/2024 & 12/19/2024 are not the first cases of obnoxious behaviors from Council Members, Employees, Staff, the Mayor, and/ or City Attorney acting out at meetings.

Some of us are tired of being picked at while we are at the City Council Podium.

Ironically the heated social media debate with Todd Culp started while he was employed as the Deputy Auditor in the afternoon while on the clock 12/19/2024. The debate with multiple voters went on for several days. However, the irony that Jennifer Culp would come unglued on me because she doesn't like opposition at the City Council Meeting of my 1st Amendment Rights to my local government then file a protective order on me by 01/15/2025 after she became my new City Council Member per the redistricting lawsuit in the City of Anderson, Indiana 01/9-14/2025.

As of 01/15/2025 Jennifer Culp has filed a protective order on me even though there has been no investigation into her claims yet. She is attempting to twist words and intentions of my husband while allowing her husband to talk to me however he sees fit. This started on a Steven Sumner Reward poster on 12/19/2024 on Madison County Government Accountability.
