[Symptoms of a bad mount]
1. Visual check - Worn rubber, cracks, rips, leaking fluid etc (Front mount is filled with hydraulic oil. Rear trans mount can be seen for damage. Air box one is harder to see)
2. Vibration or shuddering or clunking under engine load (So when accelerating, driving up a hill or driving from a stop)
3. Visible engine movement

TIP: If one needs replacing, then do all 3! They do wear similarly!

[Transmission Rear Mount Torque Specs]
4 bolts Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
Through bolt Tighten the bolt to 110 N·m (81 lb ft).
Tighten the stabilizer link nuts to 65 N·m (48 lb ft).

[Transmission Front Mount Torque Specs]
Mount top nut - Tighten the nut to 90 N·m (64 lb ft).
Mount bracket bolts (3) - Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
Mount to frame bolts (4) - Tighten the bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

The car in the video is a SATURN VUE 2007 AWD. However, the procedures shown in the video will apply to most vehicles and applications.
