In this episode of our Manali to Lahaul bike ride, we finally reach and ride through the famous Atal Tunnel at 10,040 ft above sea level. This tunnel is one of the most important routes connecting Manali and Lahaul valley, cutting through the mighty Himalayas.
Riding a Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 through this tunnel during our winter trip was an unforgettable experience. From the snowy roads of Solang Valley to the massive entrance of Atal Tunnel, this part of the journey shows the real beauty of Himachal’s high-altitude roads.
This is Part 2 of our Manali to Lahaul motorcycle journey. The ride continues deeper into the mountains where the weather becomes even more extreme.
