The Mad Bull Group, a corrupt wrestling organization that taints the reputation of the sport, there are three wrestlers who deserted from the organization due to their actions and labeled as traitors arranged in a secret meeting at a Chicago Hotel. the heroes are obtaining the service of a powerful master of "Ninpow", Hayate, a ninja warrior who is wanted by The Mad Bulls, as they ventures to the Battle Kingdom, they discover another group who plans to desert from the organization, they all faces the Mad Bull members including the boss to seek victory.
