ELSPETH GRANT has been delivering programmes for complex legislative issues such as the delivery of emergency plans for disabled people
from high-rise social housing assisted general needs accommodation for the past 18 years.
She is a member of the Building Safety Regulator Building Advisory Committee and has previously sat on the Home Office EEIS Evacuation & Fire Safety Working Group; BSI Steering Group for PAS79-2 Fire Risk Assessment Housing Code of Practice, was a B/559 Committee Member and also a reviewer of BS9991: Fire Safety in the Design, Management and Use of Buildings Code of Practice and the NFCC Simultaneous Evacuation Guidance
