Описание: President Yoon Suk Yeol has declared emergency martial law in an unannounced late night address that was broadcast live. He said the measure was necessary to protect the country from "communist forces" and named North Korea, but did not say what specific measures would be taken. Mr Yoon said opposition parties had taken hostage of the parliamentary process to throw the country into a crisis. Lim Yun Suk reports from Seoul.
