A long awaited dream of two budding entrepreneurs was nearing fruition with the launch of a FRESH ice cream parlor. The Ice-Cream Bakery opened its first outlet at Vashi, Mumbai, on September 15, 2016.
With 6 years of previous experience in the fast food industry, the founders of TiB started off on a journey to bring the best of fresh fruit & chocolate based ice creams to people.
The concept of ice cream has been taken to the next level at TiB with the idea of creating ice creams right in front of the customers without the addition of colours, flavours and essence.

At TiB, we aim to provide the freshest ice cream to our customers. What goes into making the freshest smoothest ice cream bursting with natural flavors?
Well for one, we handpick the highest quality of local produce which means our strawberries are sourced from farms in Mahabaleshwar. The same goes for how we source all our fruits from Sitaphal to Mango .
What we don’t source locally, we ensure is of the highest quality which means we crush imported Kimia Dates from Iran & use cocoa of the finest quality for our range of chocolate ice creams. You’ll feel in it the taste, Trust us!
