Описание: Ford Mondeo Mk3 ST220 - Gravity Performance stainless exhaust system install guide. So in this video I install the Gravity Performance Stainless exhaust system on my Ford Mondeo Mk3 ST220.

This is the complete install of the manifold/decat/flexi on a Ford Mondeo mk3 ST220. So in the 1st part of this install I show how to install both front and rear stainless steel manifolds, down pipes and new flex pipes.

To remove the front manifold you need to do a couple of things first, jack the car up and support on axle stands. Remove the flex pipe remove the front catalytic converter then you can undo the studs that are holding the front manifold in place. The front manifold is held in place by 6x13mm bolts. (please be aware that you will need to soak them with fast release spray for a day before and keep spraying till your ready to try this)

Firstly you will need to remove the flex pipe front the exhaust pipe there are 4 bolts here and can be 15mm or 17mm depending. Then you will need a deep 15mm socket to remove and lower the flex pipe front the bracket to the sump and then the last 15mm socket that holds the clamp in place onto the front Catalytic Converter. Next you will need to remove the 3x13mm bolts that hold the catalytic converter in place and the 8mm bolt that supports it to the engine block.

Once all done slide the manifold down and out from under the car

The Torque settings are:
Cat to Manifold........25nm
Flex - pipe to Cat.......55nm
Nuts to stud manifold to block.......20nm
Studs to block...........5nm
