Ai builds in dragon age inquisition are quite hard due to how bad the AI is. But today I have the strongest AI tempest build you can make for an archer using the tempest spec. If you follow the videos tactics and behaviours you should have your self an amazing ai character, this can be done using Sera.
One thing to note is there are many bugs or just ai fails with flask of fire and lightning which will cause your character to do nothing. The build should make sure to cover this up.
