Ingredients for chicken masala fry


Chicken-600g(leg pieces)
Oil-400g
Ginger garlic-4tsp(peast)
Chili sauce-2tsp


Turmeric powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Black pepper-3tsp
Salt-2tsp(to taste)
Lemon juice-2tsp



Process:

1)First mix all the spices and powdered spices in a bowl.

2)Once the spices are well mixed, the chicken should be well marinated with that spice for up to two hours.

3)Then pour 400ml of oil in a pan,And when the oil is hot, you have to put the marinated chicken in it.

4)Each site of the chicken should be fried well so that no part remains raw.

5)The chicken should be fried well on low flame so that it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

6) Ready & Enjoy.
