The Workout!
1a) Slider Reverse Lunge x 8-10 repetitions per leg
1b) Slider Lateral Lunge x 8-10 repetitions per leg
1c) Slider X-Under Lunge x 8-10 repetitions per leg
Do exercise 1a/b/c then rest for 90 seconds. Repeat this series 4 times

2a) ISO Squat with Single Leg ABD x 10-15 repetitions per leg
2b) Slider Single Leg RDL x 8-10 repetitions per leg
Do exercise 2a/b then rest for 90 seconds. Repeat this series 4 times
____
3a) Single Leg Slider Hamstring Curls x 8-10 repetitions per leg
3b) Slider Inchworms x 4 reps
Do exercise 3a/b then rest for 60 seconds. Repeat this series 2-3 times
This is a lower body strength workout.
