One of our Species on the Edge trainees - the multi-talented Luke Butler - has written this truly fabulous poem, featuring all 37 of our target species!
Bats, beetles, birds, butterflies, moths, plants, a toad and even a leech - we've got it all!
Species on the Edge is a multi-partner species conservation programme working to support 37 vulnerable and threatened species found along Scotland’s coast and islands. Funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the partnership consists of Amphibian and Reptile Conservation, Bat Conservation Trust, Buglife, Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Butterfly Conservation, NatureScot, Plantlife, and RSPB Scotland.
