In this video, where we begin a tour of Burgundy and Beaujolais, we start with a visit to Autun, a beautiful medieval town. We stayed at a camper place near the town, or at least within short walking distance of the town. It was also close to the huge cemetery, so this is also part of this video. In many French towns there are several second-hand shops, so-called brocante, they can often be worth a visit. We also see the two main churches, or in one case actually a cathedral.

Vi begynder denne tur i Autun, en by i Bourgogne, på vej mod Beaujolais. (I næste video er der mere om Bourgogne og vi besøger det ældste vinhus i Beaune). Autun er en smuk middelalderby med et par fine kirker, ja den ene er faktisk en katedral eller domkirke. Vi overnatter på en autocamperplads i kort afstand fra byen. Pladsen ligger lige op ad en kæmpestor kirkegård, så den besøger vi naturligvis også. Som i mange andre franske byer er der mange genbrugsbutikker, de hedder brocante på fransk, så dem kigger vi også nærmere på, de kan faktisk være sjove.
