(Zuko, Not Ozai) #ATLA #Avatar #Comics In Avatar the Last Airbender as Aang has a private meeting with Avatar Roku trying to decide what he’s going to do about the war raging on just a short distance away, we see Katara creating an ice ramp to allow her to go up to Earth King Kuei’s Hot Air Balloon and have a 1 on 1 with him, with Katara discovering the earth king covering in a pool of sweat saying that he’s not cut out for this war stuff and really thought he’d be able to atleast CO-lead his men into battle, but it just wasn’t realistic since he doesn’t even have his bear there with him. There, Katara tells the Earth King that he really needs to MEET the people in Yu Dao which he’s never been to, because if he doesn’t meet the people who his decisions effect, then what makes Yu Dao more than just a Fire Nation symbol on an Earth Kingdom Map? How can he really know what’s going on? While that’s happening, we see the General of the Earth Kingdom Army walking into the gates as he screams that this city is back under Earth Kingdom protection telling everyone to lay down their arms, but when Kori says NEVER sending her ball and chain straight for the general, he BREAKS IT, telling his ean to go in and arrest EVERYONE, as a MASSIVE fireball nearly overtakes them keeping them from stepping forward, with ZUKO landing and ordering General How to withdraw his men. Not accepting this though, the general lifts several boulders up into the air ready for a one on one battle with the FIRE LORD HIMSELF, but at that moment, a massive beam of energy pierces the sky.
