The Ulster Rugby Talent Coach Programme has been developed in partnership with the IRFU to give talented young coaches the opportunity to work alongside more experienced personnel within the Ulster Age-Grade system, exposing them to a high performance coaching environment.
The programme has the joint aim of improving players and teams within the Ulster pathway, and also enhancing the standards of coaching within local clubs and schools.
